About the Founder
I'm Shahed, founder of Investment Ready. I spent over a decade in equity research and financial analysis, valuing companies and briefing institutional investors on European insurers.
That work taught me what separates ventures that raise from those that don't: not pitch polish, but the ability to defend assumptions under scrutiny. Investors can immediately tell the difference between rehearsed optimism and genuine commercial understanding.
I founded Investment Ready to bring that investor discipline to accelerator and venture studio cohorts. We work with programme directors who want their ventures to be taken seriously - not just at demo day, but in the rigorous conversations that follow.
